Unavelle is a premium home maintenance membership service.
We coordinate vetted handymen, tradespeople, and specialists to handle ongoing repairs, improvements, and preventive care, giving homeowners a long-term partner rather than one-off call-outs.

Your membership gives you:
Certain work falls outside membership coverage, including:
We’ll still help, by advising clearly, sourcing trusted specialists, and remaining your point of contact. You’re never left to navigate it alone.
Some repairs and improvements require parts, fixtures, or materials. Your Unavelle membership covers labour coordination, quality oversight, and scheduling; however, the cost of parts and materials is not included in membership fees.
Where parts are required, Unavelle will:
You will only be charged the direct cost of parts and materials, unless a specific procurement or special-order fee is agreed in advance.
If you choose to supply your own parts, Unavelle will install them at your request; however, we cannot guarantee performance, lifespan, or suitability of items not sourced through our network.
All manufacturer warranties remain between you and the product manufacturer.
Memberships run for 12 months.

Because we reserve capacity for your home across the entire year, membership commitments are annual.
If within your first 30 days Unavelle doesn’t feel right, let us know, we’ll cancel the membership and waive future billing, as well as giving you a full refund on any hours used.
After 30 days, the balance remains payable, even if usage is paused, because dedicated labour and scheduling are allocated for the year.
For instalments, the second payment processes automatically at the six-month mark.
If unpaid balances remain outstanding, Unavelle may pause services until payment is resolved.
If a payment remains unpaid for more than 30 days, we may:
1. Continue to attempt collection using your authorised payment method.
2. Refer the outstanding balance to a professional collections partner.
We always aim to resolve issues gently and fairly.
Unavelle is built for thoughtful, ongoing home care, not unlimited reactive call-outs.
If usage becomes significantly higher than expected for your plan, we’ll:
Members can request visits through the Unavelle portal app or messaging channels.

Missed appointments without notice may count as visit time due to costs incurred.

After the 30-day guarantee window:
We treat privacy seriously. We only collect what is necessary to operate your membership and improve service. Details are handled securely and in accordance with applicable UK data law. Our full Privacy Policy explains exactly how data is used.
We may decline work where we believe:

We may update features, pricing, or policies, always reasonably, transparently, and with notice where changes are material.
Your continued membership represents acceptance of updates.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate memberships for:

If formal resolution is required, UK law applies and disputes fall under English courts unless mutually agreed otherwise.

We measure success not by invoices, but by trust, calmness, and continuity and we will always do our best to handle matters fairly.
