You can choose the level of support your home needs with one of our annual plans:

These visits can be used completely flexibly over 12 months.

During your visits, your expert will:

If your home requires materials or larger parts, we can purchase them on your behalf for a simple flat sourcing fee — no markups or percentage charges.

Your Unavelle specialist is trained to handle a wide range of home tasks, from everyday fixes to more involved improvements. They take care of the work most homeowners either don’t have the time, tools, or expertise to manage — all with superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Our experts commonly complete tasks such as:
• fixture replacements
• electrical and plumbing tasks
• hanging artwork, mirrors, and shelves
• assembly and installations
• carpentry and repairs
• patching, painting, and drywall work
If a project requires a licensed specialist, such as adding a new power source, major plumbing work, or any task that must be done for safety or legal compliance, we’ll let you know immediately. When that happens, we can recommend trusted partners from our vetted network and support next steps so everything stays seamless.

How does your 30-day satisfaction guarantee work?

We stand behind the quality of our service. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied during your first 30 days, we’ll refund your membership in full — quickly and without any friction.
We encourage you to share feedback after each visit so we can keep your home-running system performing at its best and continue improving our service for all members.

What actually happens during the walk-through and setup?

During your free 30–45 minute walk-through, one of our senior specialists reviews your home, understands your priorities, and identifies opportunities to improve how your space operates.
You’ll walk through your list together, discuss what can be handled directly by your dedicated expert, and where a specialist may be required.
Once complete, you’ll receive clear next steps and a recommended plan that fits the way you live.

Will my expert handle parts and materials?

Your handyman/handywoman arrives with essential supplies for everyday tasks (fixings, basic caulk, wall plugs, etc.).
For larger materials, you have two options:

4. Have us source and buy them for you
If we purchase items on your behalf, we simply add a flat £10 sourcing fee per visit that requires materials. This covers the time spent researching, selecting, and collecting the correct parts, never a percentage markup and never per-item.

How much does a Unavelle membership cost?

Our membership plans are designed to give you the level of support your home needs throughout the year, delivered with consistency, expertise, and complete flexibility.
You can choose from three options:
• Bronze  — £2,600/year
10 expert visits
• Silver — £5,400/year
24 expert visits
• Gold — £,9600/year
48 expert visits

Your visits can be used whenever you like over 12 months, spaced out evenly, used upfront, or reserved for seasonal projects. A standard visit is 1 hour 30 minutes, and a double-length visit is 3 hours.
Your dedicated home expert will work through your to-do list, build a personalised maintenance plan, and provide ongoing guidance to keep your home running smoothly. All labour from your dedicated expert is included with no per-visit fee.
If a task requires a licensed specialist (for example, major electrical or plumbing work), we’ll be upfront about it and can recommend trusted partners from our vetted network.
For materials or larger parts, you’re free to purchase them directly — or we can source them for you for a simple flat sourcing fee.
Your billing period begins when you add your payment details at any time after your free walk-through. Memberships are billed upfront for the full year for maximum value and ease.
