You’ll walk through your list together, discuss what can be handled directly by your dedicated expert, and where a specialist may be required.
Once complete, you’ll receive clear next steps and a recommended plan that fits the way you live.

You have complete flexibility in how often you see your dedicated home expert.
Your annual membership includes a set number of visits, which you can use however your home needs:
• Lite – 10 visits per year
• Busy Homeowner – 24 visits per year
• Deluxe – 48 visits per year
You can pre-book recurring visits (for example, the first Friday of every month), or move visits forward or backward as needed. If you require extra support, additional visits can be added for a small fee.
All hours are completely flexible. If you have a larger project that requires more time , for example, an 8-hour full-day task you can book this as well. A full-day visit simply deducts the equivalent time from your annual membership allowance, making it easy to complete bigger projects without bringing in separate contractors.

Your handyman/handywoman arrives with essential supplies for everyday tasks (fixings, basic caulk, wall plugs, etc.).
For larger materials, you have two options:
1. Purchase items yourself, or
2. Have us source and buy them for you
If we purchase items on your behalf, we simply add a flat £10 sourcing fee per visit that requires materials. This covers the time spent researching, selecting, and collecting the correct parts, never a percentage markup and never per-item.
