Unavelle is a premium home maintenance membership service.
We coordinate vetted handymen, tradespeople, and specialists to handle ongoing repairs, improvements, and preventive care, giving homeowners a long-term partner rather than one-off call-outs.
Unavelle may use a combination of:
In all cases, we oversee scheduling, standards, communication, and quality expectations.
Certain work falls outside membership coverage, including:
We’ll still help, by advising clearly, sourcing trusted specialists, and remaining your point of contact. You’re never left to navigate it alone.
Some repairs and improvements require parts, fixtures, or materials. Your Unavelle membership covers labour coordination, quality oversight, and scheduling; however, the cost of parts and materials is not included in membership fees.
Where parts are required, Unavelle will:
You will only be charged the direct cost of parts and materials, unless a specific procurement or special-order fee is agreed in advance.
If you choose to supply your own parts, Unavelle will install them at your request; however, we cannot guarantee performance, lifespan, or suitability of items not sourced through our network.
All manufacturer warranties remain between you and the product manufacturer.
Annual Commitment
All Unavelle memberships are sold as 12-month annual memberships.
By joining Unavelle, you are committing to the full annual term, regardless of whether payment is made upfront or via instalments.
Payment Options
Members may choose one of the following payment options at checkout:
1. Annual Payment (Upfront) – full membership fee paid at the time of joining; or
2. Two-Installment Annual Payment – 50% payable at checkout and 50% automatically billed six (6) months later.
Automatic Billing Authorisation
By selecting the two-installment payment option, you expressly authorise Unavelle to:
• Store your payment method securely; and
• Automatically charge the second instalment six (6) months after your membership start date.
No further approval or action is required from you at the time of the second charge.
Access to Membership Benefits
Members receive full access to their annual allocation of hours and services from day one, regardless of payment method.
This access is granted in good faith on the basis that the full annual membership fee will be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Failed or Missed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails or is declined:
• Unavelle will attempt to reprocess the payment automatically; and
• You will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to update your payment details.
If payment remains outstanding, Unavelle reserves the right to:
• Temporarily pause scheduling of visits or services; and/or
• Suspend access to membership benefits until payment is brought fully up to date.
Collections & Recovery
In the event of prolonged non-payment, Unavelle reserves the right to pursue recovery of outstanding fees through appropriate and lawful means. (Collections Partner)
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want every member to feel confident in their decision.
If, within the first 30 days of your membership start date, you decide Unavelle is not the right fit and we are unable to resolve your concerns, you may request a full refund. In this case:
• Your membership will be cancelled; and
• Any future scheduled payments will be voided.
After 30 days, all memberships are non-refundable.
Non-Cancellation of Instalments
After the initial 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, the annual membership fee becomes fully payable.
Members may not cancel or opt out of remaining instalments once the guarantee period has expired, even if some or all services have not yet been used.
Unused hours do not reduce or negate payment obligations.
Unavelle is built for thoughtful, ongoing home care, not unlimited reactive call-outs.
If usage becomes significantly higher than expected for your plan, we’ll:

Missed appointments without notice may count as visit time due to costs incurred.

Our liability is limited to the value of membership fees paid for the current year. This ensures fairness and protects pricing for all members.
Where highly specialised work is needed, we may:
You always choose whether to proceed. We are not responsible for third-party work outside contracts directly managed by Unavelle.
After the 30-day guarantee window:
We treat privacy seriously. We only collect what is necessary to operate your membership and improve service. Details are handled securely and in accordance with applicable UK data law. Our full Privacy Policy explains exactly how data is used.
We may decline work where we believe:
Safety for both our members and professionals comes first.
We may update features, pricing, or policies, always reasonably, transparently, and with notice where changes are material.
Your continued membership represents acceptance of updates.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate memberships for:
Refund rules remain as outlined above. We don’t take termination lightly, it’s used only to protect safety and fairness.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing here limits our responsibility for fraud, negligence causing personal injury, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We always attempt resolution informally first, through conversation, clarity, and goodwill.
If formal resolution is required, UK law applies and disputes fall under English courts unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Unavelle isn’t built as a transactional service. It is a long-term partnership designed to remove stress from homeownership.
We measure success not by invoices, but by trust, calmness, and continuity and we will always do our best to handle matters fairly.
